“Pregnancy massage” is a term for massage during or after pregnancy (prenatal and postnatal massage).
Prenatal pregnancy massage may promote relaxation, sleep, a feeling of wellness, and a decrease discomfort. Changes in ligaments and pressures on muscles may lead to strain or discomfort in the back, hips, shoulders, and feet. During the later stages of pregnancy, therapists use specially designed pillows (bolsters) to help you lay comfortably on your side during your massage.
Postnatalmassage focuses on relaxation and strengthening of the muscles and tissues, with modifications until 6 to 8 weeks after delivery, and in the side lying position. Circulation, wellbeing and discomfort may be improved.
One of the world’s most ancient forms of healing therapy, Traditional Thai Massage came out of the teachings of Ayurvedic medicine during the time of Buddha. Over 2,500 years later, Thai Massage remains rooted in these ancient teachings and offers a unique and effective method of relaxation and enhanced energy flow. There are several approaches to Thai Massage. The intent is to help promote relaxation and the natural movement of energy throughout your body using a combination of traditional Thai massage, compression techniques, and energy work along “Sen” energy lines.
Note: Thai Table Massage is a fully clothed form of massage. Oil is not used. Please wear comfortable, loose fitting or stretchy clothes that will allow a full range of motion for you. Dress like you would for a Yoga class or trip to the gym.

Integrated Massage
60 Minute $105 | 75 Minute $130 | 90 Minute $145 | 120 Minute $190
Depending on the need of the client and the therapist’s additional skills & certifications the massage therapist may integrate one or more speciality or additional modalities. For example, they often start with an orthopaedic assessment. They may use cupping for myofascial release of the shoulder, dry brushing to promote lymphatic drainage from an injured area, or hot stones/bamboo to release tension.
Reiki is a gentle form of energy healing work to promote relaxation and stress reduction. The therapist may use it alone or with other treatments
A 30-minute Orthopaedic Assessment is an option for clients on their initial or follow up visit. This is recommended for those looking to understand more about their own postural/muscle imbalances, contributing factors to their chief complaint, and to develop a fast and effective treatment plan.
A lymphatic drainage massage is done in a specific rhythm and direction to increase flow of the lymphatic system. The massage therapist uses light pressure and long gently rhythmic strokes on the skin. They may also use circular and scooping motions. The movements follow the direction of the structure of the lymphatic system to increase its flow through its channels.

Manual Osteopathic Treatment
60 Minutes $120 | 90 Minutes $170
Manual Osteopathy is an integrated approach to assess, treat and restore the functionality of the structure and rhythms of the human body, in order to optimize its self-regulation capacity.
Unlike most manual techniques that mainly address the musculoskeletal system, osteopathy also targets other systems, including the circulatory, nervous, urinary, gynecological, reproductive, respiratory, and fascia.
In the Manual Osteopathic Treatment, the therapist applies soft tissue, osteoarticular, craniosacral, and visceral techniques using a gentle, hands-on approach, to adjust the person’s anatomy and physiology toward self-healing
Please note: Manual Osteopathy is done with clothing on. Minimum oil is used for the treatment. Please wear loose-fitting clothing (preferably a loose short sleeve shirt and shorts).
If you have a health insurance plan, please confirm your coverage of Osteopathy provided by a CMMOTA member.
