Each of the certified Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) is able to provide an email or paper receipt for all insurance companies except Trish, an apprentice. She is an RMT with less than 2200 practice hours so some insurance companies do not accept coverage.
Elaina has spent extensive time developing the skill and control to provide an effective massage without leaving you sore for days afterwards. Her intuitive massage style will allow you to simply relax while she tracks down the source of your pain. She specializes in relieving desk-related muscle strain and other repetitive stress injuries, and excels at treating recurrent headaches and migraines due to muscle tension. Overall, Elaina can provide you with a well rounded, therapeutic massage. Specializing in Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, Swedish Relaxation, Prenatal, and Myofascial Decompression. She also offers Hot (Jade) Stone massage to provide a little extra relaxation, and (Glass Cup) Myofascial Cupping to provide a little extra deep-tissue. She is fully registered and educated to 2200 hours.
Erin is a Macewan graduate with a focus on postural alignment and pain reduction. She has experience in many different types of massage and is consistently adding techniques to her work. Erin uses a blend of myofascial release, relaxation massage and therapeutic exercises to assist in the reduction of pain and inflammation. Her goal is to improve your day to day life by improving posture and decreasing stress. She has training in sports massage, pre and postnatal massage as well as accident recovery experience. You only have one body and it’s important to treat it properly to optimize your abilities. Erin will work with you to find the type of massage that works best for you.

Do you sometimes feel like your back or neck is one giant knot? Reuben specializes in relieving neck pain and stiffness. He completed the excellent two year program at MH Vicars and has taken additional training in prenatal massage. Treating trigger points caused by imbalanced posture, extended periods of sitting, repetitive strain injuries, and other injuries are all part of Reuben’s practice. If you want a massage to rejuvenate or need to relax, then Reuben’s versatile technique can accommodate that as well.
Erica has always known that she would find a career involving her personal interests of health & well being. From a young age her beliefs have been that the body has an amazing capacity for self healing and that during times of stress, illness or injury, if only guided in the right direction, the body can more easily return to a healthy state of being. The massage therapy program has further supported this belief system and is what taught Erica how to live life with the right balance of activity, nutrition and healthy living. Erica is a graduate of MacEwan University’s 2200-hour massage therapy program. Specializing in Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, Swedish Relaxation, Prenatal /Postnatal (Pregnancy) Massage.
Melissa is a graduate of the 2 year, 3000-hour Massage Therapy Program at Makami College. Specializing in various types of massage therapy, she finds fulfillment in aiding clients on their road to recovery. She is very excited to be a part of the Alberta Momentum Massage team and looks forward to meeting many new clients.
Michelle is a graduate from the Massage Therapy program at Grant MacEwan University. Before graduating from Massage Therapy she previously obtained her diploma in Occupational and Physical Therapy Assistance from Medicine Hat College. Wanting to know more about what the body is capable of she decided to expand her knowledge and continue with an education in Massage Therapy to become her own therapist. She uses a variety of techniques which includes Swedish relaxation, trigger point therapy, myofascial release techniques, manual lymphatic drainage, hydrotherapy, pre and post-natal pregnancy massage. Michelle also has training in Kinesio taping. Due to her enthusiastic interest in the human body, she continually strives to challenge herself and find opportunities to grow both as a person and as a therapist.

Whether your issues stem from injury or the general wear and tear of life, she will work with you to find the right mix of methods, including Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Swedish Massage and Fascia work, that will work best for you. As a lifter and paddler, she understands the muscle tension and injuries that can accompany an active lifestyle. She enjoys working with people in all ages and stages of life, with the goals of reducing pain and improving quality of movement.
Rachelle is a graduate of MacEwan University with a Diploma in Massage Therapy with 2200 hours. She is passionate about her work, because she enjoys using her hands, mind and heart to help people. She is committed to ongoing learning and is continuing to expand her knowledge. Rachelle does Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sport, and Myofascial Release, and Pregnancy (Maternity) Massage Therapy. She works with children, adults and older adults. She is interested in remedial therapy for her clients.
