While many of our clients prefer to book online, sometimes it's nice to talk to a real person! And not just any people - Jo and Heidi form the backbone of our reception team, and they go out of their way every day to make sure that if you need help booking or have a question that you'll get the assistance you need.
We always strive to have reception help Monday-Friday just before 8 to closing and are available on weekends too. If you call and get a message, we're most likely on the other line helping a client or making a confirmation phone call. Do leave us a message with your phone number and how we can help. Our goal is to respond as quickly as we can.
If you call after hours or on a holiday, it can take up to 24 hours to hear back from someone. Most of the time during business hours, you'll find that if you leave a message you'll hear back within the hour.
Heidi loves to learn new things. Whether it's a new game, species of flower, or a sewing project, Heidi's quest for knowledge never stops! She's equally happy outside in her garden or curled up with a good book.
Heidi's love of knowledge makes her a reception pro - if she doesn't have an answer for you right away, she won't stop until she finds one!
Jo loves adventure, and as a mom with two beautiful kids, she's gets her fair share! A skilled baker, Jo is happy as long as she's with her family. Her favorite quote is from football legend Vince Lombardi - "Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence".
Jo's attention to detail and the care with which she works make her a vital part of the Alberta Momentum team.
